We Know You

Have Questions.

Find answers to the most common questions below. For more information or to set up an appointment, please contact us.

1. Are you a fiduciary?

Yes, Jason Noble is a fiduciary advisor. A fiduciary is registered and legally required to work in the best interest of the client at all times. Non-fiduciaries need only to recommend products that are “suitable” — even if they’re not the lowest-cost or most ideal for you.

2. How do you get paid?

We have a fee-based financial planning practice. We charge a fee for financial planning and investment management, and that fee comes out of the accounts under management. We cover the fees in the first meeting as transparency is of utmost importance.

3. What are your qualifications?

Jason Noble has nearly 20 years of experience, is FINRA Series 66 registered, and has earned both CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™) and RICP® (Retirement Income Certified Professional®) designations. Jason is also licensed for insurance related products in multiple states.

You can also use a Form ADV or Broker Check to check an advisor’s record.

4. How will our relationship work?

Our responsibility is to be easily accessible whenever our clients need us. Jason prefers to meet formally with each client a minimum of twice per year. In between formal meetings, any client can schedule a meeting with Jason at any time if something comes up and we need to speak. For instance, when clients have a major life event, we may need to speak often. The firm also provides clients with a “Monthly Financial Plan Update” along with our newsletter via email.

5. What's your investment philosophy?

We have core and satellite approaches to provide a customized portfolio centered around your financial goals. At Prime Capital Investment Advisors, we can handle unique, complex investment scenarios and are not limited to a short, cookie-cutter list of investment models. We’re willing to go completely outside of model investing to customize portfolios. You can learn more here

6. What asset allocation will you use?

We have access to use mutual funds, individual stocks, ETFs, private equity, private real estate investment trusts (REITs), and protection solutions.

7. Who is your custodian?

We have Schwab and Fidelity available as our third-party custodians, because we are fiduciaries and we believe this is in your best interest. (Remember Bernie Madoff, the financial advisor who defrauded clients with an elaborate Ponzi scheme? It was possible because he acted as his own custodian.)

We also have a service offering to help manage “held away accounts” like 401(k)s, 457 plans, 403(b)s, and many others, so we can help our clients beyond the money held at our custodians.

8. Where are you located?

Although Jason Noble is based in Charleston, South Carolina, he serves clients in 18 states and growing.

9. What is your client minimum asset amount?

We have no minimums. Jason Noble feels it is his calling to help people. As long as you take action toward growing your wealth based on the information we discuss, we will work with you. However, we will not keep clients who don’t take the needed actions or the next steps.
