Regan Hillemann’s journey with Prime Capital Financial began as an intern at the firm’s headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas. “I quickly realized how powerful this work is in shaping people’s lives,” she says. “I gained firsthand experience supporting advisors and clients through meaningful conversations about their goals and futures.” After graduating from the University of Missouri in Columbia (Mizzou), Regan joined the Charleston office as a Client Service Specialist, where she brings that same level of care and intention to every client relationship.

“I chose this profession because I truly believe in the impact financial guidance can have on someone’s life,” Regan says. “Money influences nearly every decision we make, and helping people feel secure and confident in that area is incredibly meaningful to me.” She finds purpose in helping build that confidence, whether through clear communication, careful organization, or simply making sure clients feel heard and valued.

Regan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from the University of Missouri, along with a Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a Certificate in Digital Marketing.

Every client interaction, in Regan’s view, should feel genuine and personal. “My approach is focused on listening, empathy, and building lasting relationships,” she says. “I want anyone who comes into contact with me to feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their experience with our team.” Her goal is to remove stress and create clarity for the clients and advisors she supports. “I strive to anticipate questions, find solutions, and make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.”

That focus on people is what Regan enjoys most about her role. “I enjoy connecting with people and building trust,” she says. “Knowing that I can play a role in helping someone feel more confident in their financial journey is incredibly rewarding. My goal is to build genuine, lasting relationships and create a client experience that feels personal and impactful. I want every person I work with to walk away feeling like they matter, their story matters, and that their goals are being handled with care and intention.”

Regan is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, where she grew up in the Lake St. Louis area. She has been involved with organizations such as JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), a cause that holds personal meaning to her. Since moving to Charleston, she has also found a sense of community through her church, building relationships that keep her grounded and connected.

Regan lives in Charleston, South Carolina, where she loves exploring the city. She enjoys trying new restaurants and coffee shops, spending time by the water and at the beach, and checking out new workout classes. She has a passion for fashion and finds Charleston’s style and culture a constant source of inspiration. Regan also loves live music, especially catching a show at The Windjammer, and most of all enjoys spending time with family and friends.
